I don't have anything that runs MacOS.
That said, the template is available for Word and for Pages.
Perhaps one / both of file formats are something for which you have the software to edit.

If, for any reason, you cannot print the final product using the Software (Word / Pages),
Export the completed document to PDF and print that.
