  Hi Irwin6,

Happy New Year & hope you are doing well.

It is noticed that the admin password is not being reset to the default one after  restoring the Wi-Fi setup mode

Please be informed that my firmware version is V3.82.01.17.  Could you have a further check from your side?

Million Thanks

HI Irwin6,

Thanks for your further advice.  Unfortunately, I am afraid that my printer warranty has already expired.  Do you think your Support will handle my enquiry 😕
