Hello!

When I open the printer app, I see a dialogue box asking "A custom password has been set for your printer.  Enter the password to access the printer web interface or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface."

I never set a password. I am the only user of the computer and the printer.  The printer will print if I select "print" in Word, Excel, etc, where I do not have to open HP Smart.

I  want to find out why it is asking me for a password that I never set up. There does not seem to be a way to recover or change it.
