Method 1: Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Go to the HP Print and Scan Doctor download page.
- Download and install the tool.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Open the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Click on "Start" and select your printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to diagnose and fix the issue.
Method 2: Manually Remove Printer Software
Disconnect the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect it from your computer.
Uninstall Printer Software:
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.

Method 4: Reinstall the Printer
Reconnect the Printer:
- Reconnect your HP DeskJet 3636 printer to your computer and turn it on.

Add the Printer:
