Product: OfficeJet 7740
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Trying to set up this printer in a new office and new network. Everything I try to do I get the following message "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer"  That person is no longer around. Is it possible to reset the printer to factory settings? I have tried everything I could find online, nothing seems to work.
