Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just purchased this HP Envy 6010 and frustratingly can't get the double sided print setting.  I've been into all the usual areas for print settings but can't see it.  I only get the option for orientation and number of copies.  Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  There is a duplex print. Try the HP FULL software solution.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
