Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It takes too much ink and I only use the printer for non business matters. I want to set it to draft but can't figure out how.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to print in draft mode, I am glad to assist you.

  1. To print, open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > View Devices and Printers, right-click a printer, and select Printing Preferences.
  2. Next, select Quality. Look for a Draft or Fast option and select it to use the quick print option
