How to set up HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer on macOS

Hello,

I have an HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer and use macOS 12.3.1

I've downloaded the HP Easy Start app, as told on this HP website.

I started the HP Easy Start (v 2.9.3 (01)) app and the app discovered the HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer when connected via USB.

The app then told me to go ahead and download "the latest HP Smart software", which I did.

I started the HP Smart (v 14.2.1 (585)) app and clicked "Add new printer", the program searches for printers but doesn't find one.

I clicked on "My printer isn't listed" and it again started searching for printers to no avail.

It then asked me "What type of printer are you trying to find?" and I chose "USB printer". It started searching again but still didn't find anything.

This leaves me with no way to connect and use the printer.

Can you please advise?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.
