Hi @Yaroslav12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It is not recommended to set up the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 E-All-In-One Printer without installing the setup cartridges that came with the printer. The setup cartridges are required to complete the initial printer setup process and calibrate the printer.

However, if you do not have the setup cartridges, you can purchase a new set of HP Ink Cartridges compatible with your printer model and install them to complete the setup process.

To install the setup cartridges, follow these steps.

  1. Open the cartridge access door on the printer.
  2. Wait until the print carriage stops moving and is silent before you continue.
  3. Remove the new cartridge from its package, and then remove the protective tape from the cartridge.
  4. Hold the cartridge so that the contacts face down and the nozzle faces up.
  5. Slide the cartridge into the correct slot until it clicks into place.
  6. Close the cartridge access door.

Once the setup cartridges are installed, you can complete the printer setup process by following the instructions on the printer's control panel or through the software provided by HP.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
