Product: HP LaserJet M110we Printer

Everything that I want to print, the printer prints a Cover Page - It didn't do this in the beginning. I have an HP Laser Jet M110w and it started doing this a couple of weeks ago. How do I get it to stop, please and thank you?  Thank you. kknoon
