My printer was off the WIFI network and wouldn't reconnect. The Control Panel was locked so I couldn't get to the setup wizard. Finally figured out what it needed. If the screen is asking for the username and password, try this. Type "admin" as the username and look for the printer pin number under the top cover of the printer near the print cartridges. Use this pin number as the password. Once you've unlocked this screen, scroll to find the "Network Setup Wizard". Choose your network with whatever password it has. Hope this works for you as well.
