HP Drivers and Software for your printer should have HP Scan on Windows 10 Application Menu
(a) Hit Win key,
(b) Scroll down to HP group/folder,
You should see HP Scan. You can right click and put a shortcut on Taskbar (then move to Desktop if you wish).
