I printed a web page from my MacBook, but when I looked at the result the pages were blank. The page was a temporary site, so I do not have access to reprint the content from the original website. Is there a way to view and reprint previously completed jobs? The print preview originally displayed the website content, so I am curious if it the issue was with the connection between my laptop and the printer. I would like to try reprinting if possible.

Hi @mconroy61,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One, there isn't a built-in feature to view or reprint a history of completed print jobs directly from the printer itself. However, you can try the following options:
Check Print History on Your MacBook:
- Open "Printers & Scanners" Preferences:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your HP ENVY 6452e from the list.
- Click on Open Print Queue.
- View Print Jobs:
- You might see a list of recent print jobs here, which sometimes includes the option to reprint. This depends on the printer driver and software version you're using.
Use HP Smart App:
- If you have the HP Smart app installed on your MacBook, it might have a feature to view recent print jobs.
- Open the HP Smart app, select your printer, and check if there is a print history or job management feature available.
Check Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Some HP printers have an Embedded Web Server that you can access via a web browser.
- To access it:
- Find your printer’s IP address (usually displayed on the printer’s control panel).
- Enter the IP address in a web browser.
- Look for a section related to print job history or logs.
Reprint from Print Queue on Your MacBook:
- Sometimes, if the job is still in the print queue, you might be able to reprint it from there.
Refer to this document: HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer User manual
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
