Hp Deskjet 2722e windows 7 can't install drivers

Run the wizzard program

It find the printer wireless, and are connetced

But when i try to print, there are no printer to chose from

So apperently no driver is installd

Running Windows 7 64 bit

Anyway to get the drivers only, to select them for manual install them ?

Try downloading and saving the Web Pack offline driver installation package.

After the installation package is saved on your computer, run the installation.

Navigate to the folder where you saved the package, likely "Downloads"

Right-Click, select run as Administrator and install

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

I did download.

And did run from the download/folder too

Only thing i did'nt do, was run a admintrator

I dont think that will do the trick though.

I would like to have the drivers, so i could install manually

I have not access to the laptop now, it was a favor i was out to help with

Spent 3 hours with no result

I understand what you are asking....

The installation package that is available for this printer and Windows 7 is the Easy Start software wrapper.

Presumably, the Easy Start wrapper will find and install the full driver.

• Reminder:  If using USB cable between printer and computer, disconnect the cable before installing software.  Later... Connect the cable when instructed (near the end of the installation procedure).

Download and Save...

Installation

• Download and Save  the Easy Start Software
• Open File Explorer
• Navigate to the folder in which you saved the installation file  (likely Downloads)
• Right-Click on the installation package and “Run as Administrator”
• If using a printer USB cable between the printer and the computer, connect the cable when instructed (near the end of the installation).
• After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

-I'm sure i dont get that menu!

Where i can choose basic driver option! I found this,

Installing drivers manually in Windows

Use the following steps to install the driver manually.

1. From the desktop, open File Explorer.

2. Open the C: drive.

3. Open the SwSetup folder.

4. Open the driver folder. It should be in the following format: spXXXXX.

5. Open the Setup file, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

   Would that work?

After re-reading, I am sure you don't see that menu when using the Web Pack.

It is a menu used in Easy Start (not the Web Pack version)

I removed the reference from the previous post.

The printer's support Windows 7 to the extent described --

I cannot fully install the software -- I don't have this printer and I'm running Window 11 on my systems (Windows 10 on one older Zbook).  I have not seen Windows 7 in a lot of years.  

I was able to extract the data -- If your installation fails, it might be due to a missing version of NETFramework 4.6

??
