I have a fresh install of windows 7 32bits, perfectly working... so I started to install the software for my printer Hp Ink Tank Wireless 410 downloaded from hp site... followed the steps everything ok... Now when I try to print from a notepad or a word document or any other document it dosn't work...If I print using my phone or other device it works...
So I uninstalled/reinstalled the software like 10 times and nothing...
If I execute Hp Doctor Scan it says everything is fine with my printer.. and gives me an option to print a TEST page.. I press there and there is no TEST PAGE...so I press skip... then it gives me like a second type of test page, I select print it and it prints it... thats the only page it prints my printer...
When I send a document to print and I check on the queue it says "printing... "and some seconds later it changes to "eliminating.." and dosn't print anything...
So what I tried?
I activated administrator user on my pc and unistalled all the software and did a fresh install like 10 times and nothing...
Don't know what to do, any help? Thanks in advance...
P.D: another page that prints is if I go to support on the software and select align cartridges that option print the test page also.. so in total two types of test page prints but not the rest...

@tefatenu, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print from your Win PC. Let us try these steps:
Perform a clean reinstallation of pre-installed HP drivers
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
- Select your HP Printer
- Select Uninstall
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
- In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
- Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the “Drivers” tab
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
- Select Ok
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
- Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
