Cannot print to HP Officejet Pro 7740. Tried reinstalling printer drivers via HP Smart, manually using TCP/IP address and cannot get Windows applications to see the printer. The printer is found on the network via ping both with IP address and Host name. When trying to Add the Printer via Windows, sometimes the printer is found and sometimes the printer is not found. If found, I will try to install it and the program hangs at Connecting.... When using the IP address to configure the printer, it will not connect. When trying again to install, I will see the printer but then a "Driver is unavailable" message below the printer. HP Print and Scan Doctor will also see the printer, but will not fix the problem. I cannot use this printer anymore and I am running a business. I need this printer to work ASAP. I have seen past posts on this, but not a resolution from HP.
You should have all the information now to help. I need a solution ASAP.
