Hp Inkjet 8010e

Help Please! Trying to set up the HP Smart app on my mobile for the new Inkjet 8010e All-in-one printer but it won't locate it ( have it set up on computer & registered) but it says it * tip swipe down to load more printers 

Nothing there... I have followed help and it shows it is listed asone of the supported printers but that's as far as help helped??? Virtually going round in circles???

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
