plz, bantu saya, saya baru membeli printer bermerk HP Smart Tank 615, lalu saya coba instal drivernya , tapi ternyata setelah saya koneksikan baik dengan usb atau pun wifi hanya bisa scan tidak bisa print,

saya memakai win10 64x dengan kriteria :

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎06/‎06/‎2021
OS build 19043.1415
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

 

sudah saya lakukan tips instal ulang drivernya sampai stop/start print spooler dan menghapus file yang berada pada "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" dan restart komputer, tetapi tidak ada satupun yang berhasil. 

 

untuk bantuannya saya ucapkan terima kasih
