I purchased a new hp smart tank 720 and after successful setup, I can connect from pc, my android and my wife's iphone.
After setup, I tried to update firmware from hp smart. update process started but never went forward from %0 and then gave en error. After this first try, I never reach firmware update option from hp smart or browser interface.
I tried to update firmware from all devices but this error message appears "System Error Network connection error. Check network and try again." in firmware update page in both hp smart advanced settings and browser web interface.
I tried restore factory defaults, restore network settings and hp secure erase. Still there is no change. There is a screenshot from hp smart advanced settings.
BTW the same error page appears in web services summary page too.
Could you help me to solve the issue please?
