Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We bought a second hand hp designjet 500 42 printer, downloaded the software from hp itself but it still doesn't want to print, it shows the printer on the laptop, prints the test page but as soon as I print anything else it cancels it out, spent 10k on a printer that we cannot use and both the IT or the printer guy cannot figure out what the problem is, tried it on multiple computers and still same result

I'm using the original  direct USB to printer cable, no wifi options available 

 

Could it be that I do not have Autocad? 

Is there any other software I can download to make this thing work? 

 

 

 

Any advice at this point would be highly appreciated
