Hello,
I have a HP deskjet 4535 printer and every time I power it on it keep asking to choose preferred language and region.
I've tried setting it again in the preferences but it does not help. I also tried hard reset.
I've heard that region reset may help and I would like to ask for your assistance.
Thank you in advance.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try Performing a Firmware Update:
- Ensure the printer firmware is up to date. You can find the latest firmware on the HP Support website.
Reset to Factory Defaults:
- Sometimes, resetting the printer to its factory defaults can solve the issue.
- On your printer’s control panel, navigate to Setup.
- Select Preferences.
- Look for an option to Restore Defaults and select it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
Set the Language and Region Again:
- After resetting, the printer should prompt you to set the language and region again.
- Make sure to carefully follow the on-screen instructions to save these settings.
Check for any Connection or Power Issues:
- Ensure that the power cord is firmly connected and there are no intermittent power connections which could cause the settings to reset.
- Try a different power outlet to eliminate any potential power issues.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!

@Deeszet, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on thislink.
Keep me posted.
