Hp easy start frozen

Im trying to set up my printer onto my windows 8.1 computer. I got throught the website and download the easy start app. Gone through the instructions on the app type in my pin from my printer then it loads and when i think its going to the next step the screen freezes. It says connected printing services and continue but cant press anything other than the X in the corner. I have deleted and restarted my computer and made sure its all up to date and then restarted the process but its still the same.

I understand you are not able to install the printer on the Win PC. Is the printer connected wirelessly?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
