Word or excel sheets or pdfs printed from the PC won’t print in colour (but SAME documents will print in colour when printed from an iPad)
I have : installed latest PC firmware, installed latest printer firmware, installed latest windows 11 patches, removed and reinstalled the printer drivers using HP Smart.
In Word I have checked the box to print in colour.
i have checked printer preferences via Control Printers utility but there is no option to turn off greyscale
any ideas?
