Hp envy 5642 all in one printer error WINDOWS\splwow64.exe

Many time i have tried re-installing my printer drive online but still when I tried to print it shows this error.

C:WINDOWS\splwow64.exe   Function address 0x00007FFC98A44F69 caused a protection fault.  (exception code

0x00000505).   Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.  Then i cannot print anything from my laptop but i can print through my iphone10.  I have to email my printing jobs to me, download on my phone and print.  Please help i need to print from my Dell laptop.

I understand that you are getting error while installing printer driver, I am glad to assist you.

Did you uninstall the printer driver from root level before installing the new driver?

If not, follow these steps:-

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

• In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
• Select your HP printer.
• Select Uninstall.
• In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
• In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
• Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
• Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
• Click on Drivers tab.
• Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
• Select OK.
• Remove all instances of the same.
• Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
• Close Devices and Printers. 
• Restart the PC again.
