Help please
my Hp app on all my devices wont let me print anything even Wi-fi direct. It asks for username and password. It’s never been set up like this . It say security certificate error. And install new certificate ........ it won’t let me install it just buffers and then. Error. So it means that this printer useless.
I will never buy one again. Android and iOS won’t let me install new certificate. I have uninstalled drivers and re installed them again but doesn’t help. Please can some one help me delete the error or remove the security certificate

Welcome to the HP support community.
Which app are you using to print from your phone/
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
