My hp ink tank wireless 415 installed fine on my computer but after uninstalling and when I wanted to reinstall it a popup windows asking me "the user name and password assigned to this device by your administrator are required to perform this task" Whats does it mean?
I tried to install the printer on Windows 10 Pro also, and on windows 10 pro os the problem is HP Easy Start just cant find my printer though the printer is connected by cable with the pc but hp easy start asking again and again to connect the cable.
** It has the latest firmware installed.
** I tried to install by "HP Easy Start"
** It was perfectly working before uninstalling.
** I tried on macOS Catalina 10.15
** I also tried on Windows 10 Professional
** I tried to reset the printer by pressing wifi + cancel button but after resetting same problem again.

@SaifPial, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Are you trying to install the printer using HP Easy Start?
Lets us try to perform a hard reset and see if that helps-
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Additionally, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
Now, try installing the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
