When i turn on my Hp Laserjet M608, it show error 49.38.07 and does not boot again. i need help

Typically this is caused by a firmware error and performing a preboot format and reinstalling the firmware should fix it. To get to the preboot menu, power on the device and watch the HP logo on the screen. When the 1/8 count up appears, touch the HP logo (assuming you have a touch screen, otherwise press the X button). Go to the administrator menu and you will find the options you need there.

 

As a note, this behaviour is often caused by a failing boot drive and it might need to be replaced.
