This is on a brand new computer with windows 11 home edition and a brand new install of HP Smart. I try to open HP Smart and it just gets stuck eternally on the blue "HP Smart" opening screen and just does not go any further. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail... The printer is an HP Deskjet 2623 that is functioning correctly (I can print and scan, and the scan doctor says there are no issues with it. The only problem is the HP smart app itself.
