@Sahar9, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding PIN Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Check for Typos: Ensure that you're entering the PIN correctly. It's common to misjudge similar-looking characters such as "0" and "O" or "1" and "I".

Verify Sticker Details: Double-check the sticker on your device for accuracy. PINs are case-sensitive, so ensure that capitalization matches.

Update HP Smart App: Ensure that your HP Smart app is updated to the latest version, as outdated software can sometimes cause connectivity issues.

Restart Device: Try restarting both your printer and the device from which you are trying to connect. This can resolve temporary glitches.

Reset Router/Network: Occasionally, network issues can prevent devices from connecting properly. Restart your router to refresh the network connection.

Use Alternative Setup Method: If the PIN method fails continually, consider using another setup method, such as USB installation or connecting via Wi-Fi Direct.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
