Hi , I have a printer Tango X. I moved to different city and I'm trying to set up the wifi connection,  I found the Printer on the HP smart app, but when I trying to connect it, that doesn't connect.  I deleted the printer from the app and now I'm trying to connect it  again.  And nothing!! Please help. !!! It's there any videos on you

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

If you changed Internet Service Providers (ISP) or replaced your router, you must reset the wireless settings on the printer, and then connect the printer to your wireless network.

 

  1. Restore factory wireless settings. On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds. The Edge lighting flashes blue.
  2. Connect the printer to your wireless network. For more help, go to Wireless Printer Setup.

Try updating the firmware on the current OS, you are working with. Click here
