hp laserjet p1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have make a windows 10 update, and then my printer  HP Laserjet Pro 1102w  do not print form laptop by wi-fi.

I have made a new installation with HP's installation application and got new drivers, etc.  The installation was successful.  When I  attempted to print form laptop   I got the message that my printer requires attention

I discovered that the printer would eventually print whatever I sent to it several hours later.  So, whenever I want to print I just ignore the message about requiring attention, but I have to wait several hours before Windows 10 will finally release the document for printing.

My printer works on a windows 10 pc by usb. with no message that the printer requires attention

I have try to download hp scan doctor and it not find any issue.

Is there any way to fix this?

@kefywk, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If the printer is connected to the wireless network,

  1. Press and hold the Cancel button  until the Ready light  blinks.

  2. Release the Cancel button .

The Self Test/Device Configuration page prints. Obtain the IP address of the printer.

Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:

  1. On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
  2. Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
  3. Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
  4. Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
  5. Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
  6. Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
  7. Try printing.

If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
