Recently installed new Wi-Fi hun which printer isn’t registered to and I’m unable to reset Wi-Fi as I keep getting message on printer screen that there is a problem with ink cartridges so I’m unable to proceed to set up screen. Can I reset Wi-Fi without cartridges???

Hi @Garynp11
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Are you using setup cartridges to set up your printer?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
Meanwhile, you may also refer to this document here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
