HP DeskJet 2320 All-in-One Printer

the printer is HP Deskjet 2320 all in one, and when ever I try installing HP Smart it only shows error, when i try checking the details of the error it shows that windows update is off but when I try the troubleshoot options as asked it shows trouble shoot can not find the problem

We cannot help you with the toshiba laptop problem.  It seems that windows is corrupted if HP Smart cannot install.

 

The 2320 is a USB  only printer.  It may  be easier to just download the printer software to your laptop

The full feature software is here

There is other software available at the below link.  If uploading firmware to the printer be sure to read the release information especially the details about the type of ink to use.  Once the firmware is installed it may not be possible to remove it.
