Maybe --

There is only the Easy Start wrapper available to install your printer software -- the wrapper depends on you having Internet access to download the wrapper and then Easy Start must go out and find the printer software.

If you cannot use Easy Start...

You might be able to find a driver using the Windows Built-in Driver method.

Interestingly, if you need Scan software, the Universal Scan Software is listed as supported in your older OS.
