I Purchased an HP DeskJet 2775E in December to replace the desk jet 3775 I purchased the previous march. Both of these printers have been terrible. The latest, which is still under warranty has never worked for more than a day. I spent 3 hours on line with HO customer support jumping through troublshooting hoops time and time again. I spent 2 hours the night before and several other times before that Nothing has worked. So at what time does HP realize the printer they sold me is a dud? After off of this they "escalate" the issue and "create a ticket" in order to get off the phone. They promise you a senior HP support person will contact you with in 24 hours to help you get this resolved. 3 times I've been told this and not once has anyone followed up. How do I find someone to resolve this for me??
