I inherited an HP Envy 5055 printer when I purchased a condo.  I powered it on and connected it to my network.  I tried to print and only received a blank sheet of paper.  I updated the drivers and cleaned the ink cartridges.  Ran a test page and still nothing but a blank sheet.  What should I try next?

Hi @LJM13 

Maybe ink cartridges are empty you may need to buy new cartridges.

 

But you can try to clean if they are only with dried ink, following steps from the next video:
