HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer

My printer is HP Deskjet 4100e and i already restarted the printer and turned on and off but for some reason I keep getting the error code UA_400_EB000U0422 and telling me they are unable to add printer to my account I already try a lot of things the virtual assistant told me to try and still I can't get my printer to work. if someone had this issue and can help, I really appreciate it.

That error code UA_400_EB000U0422 seems to be related to a connectivity or account issue when trying to add your HP DeskJet 4152e printer. Since you've already restarted the printer and tried multiple troubleshooting steps, here are some additional things to try:

 

1. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Try adding the printer to your account again.

2. Check HP Instant Ink Enrollment

  • If you previously enrolled in HP Instant Ink, the printer may require an active subscription.
  • Log into HP Instant Ink and check if there’s an issue with your account.

3. Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.

4. Verify Network Connection

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
