Product: photosmart c4700

I am trying to connect my HP printer to a new modem (triple play comcast).  I have the software and start the set up and it finds the wi-fi but then cannot configure.  We are hooked up by USB cable...and want to go wireless.  It worked with our old modem.  and it works on all other wireless devises.  There is a WPS button but that doesnt work either...
