@Bri-846,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 1: Download the Driver

Go to the official HP support page: HP Support

Search for HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277c6.

Download the latest Full Feature Software and Drivers for your operating system.

 2: Install the Driver

Run the downloaded .exe (Windows) or .dmg (Mac) file.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer.

Choose USB or Wireless setup based on your connection preference.

 3: Connect the Printer

For USB: Plug in the USB cable from the printer to your laptop.

For Wi-Fi:

On the printer, go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard.

Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password.

 4: Set as Default Printer

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows) or System Preferences > Printers & Scanners (Mac).

Right-click on the printer and Set as default.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
