When I try to print there is an error that claims a Cartridge or Account issue. I have recently replaced the cartridges so I do not understand why the printer is not working.

Hi @MagalyPerezRod,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Cartridge Compatibility
Ensure that the cartridges you have installed are compatible with your HP DeskJet 2810e. Incompatibility issues can cause errors.
Reset the Printer
Resetting the printer can sometimes resolve cartridge recognition issues.
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Wait for a few seconds.
- Turn the printer back on.
Reinstall the Cartridges
- Open the printer’s cartridge access door and wait until the carriage stops moving.
- Remove the ink cartridges and inspect them for any protective tape that may not have been removed.
- Reinsert the cartridges properly, ensuring they are in the correct slots and are firmly seated.
Check for Software Errors
- Ensure that your printer software is up to date.
- Check for error messages in the software interface and resolve them by following the on-screen instructions.
Account Verification (If Applicable)
If your printer is enrolled in programs such as HP Instant Ink, make sure your account is active and correctly registered to the printer. An issue with account verification can sometimes trigger errors.
Clean the Ink Cartridge Contacts
Dirty cartridge contacts can prevent proper communication with the printer.
- Turn off the printer and open the cartridge access door.
- Remove the ink cartridges.
- Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges.
- Allow the contacts to dry before reinsert them into the printer.
I hope this helps.
