Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

I have reached the end of my rope.  I am repeatedly getting an, "Unable to register printer to your account" message.  I am attempting to add my HP 5101 Smark Tank printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Smart app.  I have tried to begin set up from the beginning.  The error code I receive is UA_200_OWSVD00001. I contacted HP support last night and was unable to resolve the issue. I hope someone knows what to do to fix this.

                Hello @kbeller, 

 

 

 

 

Set up your printer using the HP Smart app
  1. Place the printer and the computer or mobile device near the Wi-Fi router.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi on your computer or mobile device and connect to your network. ...
  3. Enable Bluetooth on the computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.

 

                                     

  • Click on yes button to say thanks
  • Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
