HP Tango X

I just got 2 brand new Tango X printers and i did the complete install but when i print the print comes out faded or only in black? is there any setting that im missing?

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue, I am glad to assist you today.

 

Please refer to these documents:

Align the ink cartridges

 

HP print settings guide (Windows, Mac)

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
