I bought a new printer.  It worked but then i ran into a small problem and called the Help Desk.  By the time I got done with first level my printer no longer worked. I was moved up one level and it appeared after another hour it worked.  Now it will only print every other page. 

I called with my case number which to remain open and the person told me its closed and would not reference it.  

The service and level of care is the worst in the industry.  

How do I get help.  How do I get a person who knows what they are doing.

Does management know the Help Desk cannot HELP

I was able to move this up to the Escalation Department.

 

It finally go fixed.
