HP Recommended

I purchased a new wifi printer, went to 123.HP.com to download software  .NET FRAMEWORK 4.6.  It will begin the process says files downloaded they gets stuck on the installing process.  I have restarted my computer 2 times still does the same thing.  Any idea how I can get this downloaded?
