Product: MacBook Air
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I can't print in colour and am unable to utilise my hp smart tank 500 all in one printer in full multifunction mode using usb connection. it is detected as Generic pcl printer on Mac OS 11.6 Big Sur on MacBook Air . what to do??? please help.

Are you able to copy in color? Could you please elaborate multifunctional mode? Is this happening or the first time and with all documents?
