I can only print in Bw from a mobile device

I can only print in BW from a mobile device. - this i happening from all mobile devices in our home. There doesn't seem to be an option to print in colour. There is a list of standard presets in HP Smart print options. which only gives black and white as an option. if i can find the preset options to edit then maybe i could create a colour preset.

I Can print in colour from windows laptop.

The application is HP Smart

The color print option is available in the Print Options

Print Photos

Select and open photo to print

Click Preview

Drag Arrow UP to see the Print Options list ▲

• Printer
• Paper
• Print (1) Copy
• Print Quality
• Color Options

Select Color Options > Color

Go back to Print Options

Drag the arrow down (optional) ▼

Print
