HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't find any printer drivers for my new Officejet Pro 9015.  I keep getting this message:

that they cannot identify drivers for my Operating system.

I have Windows 10 identified as my operating system

Indeed, the drivers are provided for a printer series (9010), these include the printer model (9015).

Hi,

Install the HP Smart app from the store to set up the printer with the app:

https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9wzdncrfhwlh

You may also install its Print and Scan Driver and Accessories below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9010/OJP9010_Full_WebPack_49.6.4502.exe

So 9010 will work with 9015 printers?

Thank you.  We found out the problem was actually related to using Microsoft Edge as the browser.  I was getting error messages when I would go to the website to download the drivers.  Once I switched to Microsoft Explorer, that resoled the issue.

thanks again for your help!
