I can't get my new Mac to recognize my old printer a Deskjet D4160.  The Mac is running Sequoia 15.3.1.  I've tried the HP Smart app.  It just won't see it. Any advice? I love this printer and don't want to replace it.  Thanks. Dinah

HP Deskjet D4160 Printer support up to Mac OS X 10.6. 

You can however, use Airprint - About AirPrint - Apple Support
AirPrint is a built-in printing solution for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. You can print from most apps that have a print feature.
