I had 2 HP techs working at different times to solve the problem for 2 hours. The problem with printing and scanning was fixed but HP Smart app keeps showing the same message if I want to allow app to make changes to my device. I have to click on no a number of times to get to the program. If I click yes, it keeps coming back with the same message.
