Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried several times to download/install HP Photo Creations but I only get the error message  DC18. Where can I find more information or how can I download the app?

Thanks for the assist.

After ten years of service, HP Photo Creations was retired in November 2019.
